Keiko has been recognized for her team’s assistance following the 2009 FedEx MD11 accident in Narita Japan and the earthquake/tsunami in Tohoku/Sendai Japan in March of 2011.

Captain Jim Nelms has served the communities of his native Georgia for 33 years. He has been involved in the development of mental resources and the deployment of pre and post incident traumatic stress mental health support for 28 years. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Georgia Critical Incident Stress Foundation. As a noted faculty member of the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation he has taught audiences internationally.
