Rich Robinson is the Deputy Senior Chaplain of the Coastal Crisis Chaplaincy, where he serves as a crisis chaplain to 38 agencies in the lowcounrty of South Carolina Charleston. Rich’s experience includes serving as a United Methodist Minister and a Charleston City Police Officer. He is a graduate of Ashford University with a BA in Organizational Management, is a Critical Incident Stress Management Individual and Group Peer Support practitioner, an FBI trained Crisis Negotiator, and a certified instructor of Pastoral Crisis Intervention I&II through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation. Rich lives in Summerville with his two children and lovely wife, Jo-Dee.

Eileen Rodriguez has been a Flight Attendant for the past 25 years; the last 19 she has been with Southwest Airlines serving as a Flight Attendant, In-flight Training instructor, In-flight Supervisor and Chair for the Flight Attendant CISM Team. She studied psychology at Tarleton State University in Texas. Eileen has a passion for helping others through grief and traumatic events and has facilitated several Grief and Suicide recovery groups. Eileen and her husband Robert live in McKinney, Texas and have one daughter.

Scott Ross is the Peer Support Program Director for Chiron Center, Inc., as well as an active duty fire Captain and Paramedic for the Los Angeles County Fire Department with 25 years of experience working in public safety, providing countless hours of peer support training, service, and resources under every circumstance imaginable including several recent large scale incidents: the 2013 19-fatality Yarnell Hill Fire in Prescott, AZ, as well as after both west coast mass shootings in 2015, the Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, OR and the terrorist attack in San Bernardino, CA.
