Ross has been working with Texas Health for 14 years in a variety of positions ranging from inpatient social worker to administration. As a licensed clinical social worker he is dedicated to the care and treatment of individuals that suffer with behavioral health disorders and substance use disorders. Ross leads the THR Mobile Assessment team who respond to psychiatric crisis in emergency rooms, physician offices and medical floors in multiple hospital and outpatient settings.
Ross has a Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley State College in integrated studies focusing on psychology and sociology, a Master’s degree from University of Texas Arlington in Social Work with an emphasis in mental health and direct practice. He has maintained his clinical license for practicing social work and is currently attending Texas A&M Corpus Christi campus, completing a Master’s of Business Administration.

Ms. Tracy, MSW, MA, LICSW is a national presenter/trainer, clinician, university adjunct faculty member and private consultant with over 20 years of clinical and crisis response experience. She provides EAP services and integrative behavioral health care. Ms. Tracy is looking forward to completing her Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) this year. Her current research is entitled: “Workplace Critical Incident Response: An Exploratory Study of Critical Incident Responders and Their Perspective of Applied Practice.”

Responsible for the administration and supervision of all educational programs and continuous quality review and improvement. Responsible for the assurance of the effectiveness of all programs and fulfillment of institutional mission and goals. Oversees all faculty affairs through consultation with Program Directors. Oversees the programmatic accreditation process. Pat is an ICISF faculty member for the Group Crisis Intervention, Advanced Group Cri-sis Intervention, Assisting Individuals in Crisis, Strategic Response to Crisis, Grief Following Trauma, Staff Support in the Healthcare Setting, and TEAM: Team Evolution And Management courses.
