ICISF has negotiated and secured a group rate of only $199.00 per night (plus applicable state and local taxes) for April 5-11, 2025 specifically for World Congress 18 Participants

To confirm a sleeping room within the Room Block, the sleeping room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the Event, along with a first night's deposit.  Major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment. All credit cards used to prepay the room deposit may be charged immediately.

These rates are guaranteed until Sunday, March 15, 2025, or until the room block sells out, whichever comes first.

Participants are responsible for their own lodging arrangements and air/ground transportation to and from the ICSF World Congress 18 Hotel.

All reservations can be made, modified or canceled by individuals via a secured hotel URL reservation link to be provided by ICISF upon completion of your World Congress 18 registration. 

Reservations made via this site is the only way to secure your room directly with the World Congress 18 hotel and not through a 3rd party seller. Beware of scammers who gather information off the internet to reach out to you about World Congress 18 hotel, travel, registration, etc.
