World Congress Presenter Bookstore

We are pleased to offer the option to stock your book(s) through our consignment program.

Any accepted 16th World Congress Presenter (Seller) may submit their agreement to have International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. (Store) to offer agreed upon books for sale during the listed Bookstore hours. Deadline to submit Agreement and additional information is April 15, 2019. Store reserves the right to accept or reject titles at its discretion.

Store will only accept delivery of the title(s) and number of books as provided in Presenter Portal by Seller. Seller is responsible for delivering inventory to Store either by shipping to ICISF business office at Seller’s cost on or before May 6, 2019 or hand delivering inventory during Bookstore hours.

Store agrees to sell books at the retail price determined by Seller as listed in the Presenter Portal (USD). Store agrees to pay Seller 60% (USD) of the retail price for any books sold during Bookstore hours. Sales tax, as applicable, will be collected by Store in addition to retail cost. Store is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged books and will only pay Seller on books sold by Store. Payment of sold inventory will be made on or before June 24, 2019.

Sellers may agree to a Bookstore signing to be scheduled after their presentation during Bookstore hours. Only those presenters agreeing to a scheduled signing may sign books in or around the Bookstore or Exhibit Hall during World Congress. Scheduled book signing will be listed in The 16th World Congress App.

Seller is responsible for cost of return of any unsold books. Options include picking up inventory from Store during Bookstore hours, but no later than Friday, May 24, 1:00PM or return shipping by Store with cost being deducted from payment to Seller on sold inventory. If cost of shipping return inventory exceeds amount of payment, Store shall retain remaining inventory until shipping costs are paid by Seller. Any unshipped inventory remaining after 60 days become the property of the Store.

Sale of books and/or book signing by Presenters is restricted to those participating in the Bookstore or Presenters who are approved Exhibitors. The 16th World Congress App will have information regarding Bookstore hours and titles of accepted books available for sale. Thumbnails of accepted titles may be listed if provided by Seller. Seller agrees to market the available books during their presentation in an ethical and unobtrusive manner. Appropriate marketing may include mentioning the books no more than two times during presentation and/or having a closing slide in their presentation with the book sale and/or book signing information.

How can I sign up?

Login to the Presentation Portal and click on the “Would you like to participate as a Seller in the World Congress Bookstore?” task. Then follow the directions to accept the agreement and you can upload all of your information.

What is the deadline to sign up?

How do I get my books to ICISF World Congress?
