Pricing & Registration

Fees are listed in USD, U.S. funds. Registration fee amount is determined based on date of registration AND date of payment or verified Purchase Order received by ICISF.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover & American Express. Credit Card payments will be processed at time of purchase.

Purchase Orders must state name of individual and total amount of registration.

Company checks as payment for a purchase order will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars from a U.S. Bank.

Money orders will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars from a U.S. Bank.

No personal checks will be accepted.

There is a $20 fee for all returned checks. ICISF’s Federal ID # is 52-1676953.

The pricing applied to your registration will be the rates in effect on the date that your registration AND payment or purchase order are received by ICISF.

Payment or purchase orders received separate from completed registration on a date when a different (higher) registration rate is in effect will result in an increase in the total amount due for your registration.

ICISF reserves the right to adjust your registration total in accordance with this policy.

All presentations at the ICISF World Congress will be made in English.

Your individual registration entitles you to access the event for which you registered. All other costs associated with your participations shall be borne solely by you, and ICISF shall have no liability for such costs. Additionally, you agree not to share, sell, or trade your individual access. Recording, broadcasting or live streaming of this event, or any part of this event, for any reason, by any individual is prohibited.

By participating in this event, you acknowledge and grant ICISF the right to use any capture of your image, voice or likeness or any written communication without your expressed written permission.

The ICISF may use your image, voice or likeness or any written communication in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ICISF including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, webinars, social media, live streaming, virtual World Congress, etc.

Registration is open to the public. You agree that any written or verbal communication through any platforms used by ICISF will be suited to the mission, vision and purpose of ICISF as stated on www.icisf.org. We reserve the right to terminate access in this event for anyone who violates this policy by acting, posting or communicating in an uncivil or any manner determined to be in violation of this policy.

You agree to uniquely identify yourself as a participant by having your name badge displayed during the event. Any actions, written or verbal communications or behaviors which creates a disruption or hinders the event or the enjoyment of the event for other participants as determined by ICISF is prohibited. You agree to post or share only information or material that is included in public domain or you are the copyright owner. ICISF reserves the right to cancel your access at any time and retain any payments made by you, if it is determined that this policy has been violated.

Privacy:

As with any internet use, there is a risk of security breaches of personal data. ICISF will do our best to protect your personal information but cannot guarantee the security of information you transmit to us. The participant is solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of account information and passwords. Additionally, each participant is responsible for contacting and reviewing the privacy policy of any sites, services, vendors or other sources listed or shared during the event.

Indemnification:
Each party agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other party from and against any loss, cost, or damage of any kind to the extent arising out of its breach of this Agreement, and/or its negligence or willful misconduct.

Waiver of Liability:
Participants understand that although the programs of ICISF are designed to provide a safe level of beneficial exercise and enjoyment, there is an inherent risk that participation in the Programs may result in injury. Therefore, Participant agrees to specifically assume all risk of injury for Participant while Participant is participating in the Programs and hereby waives any and all claims or actions that may arise against ICISF or its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers as a result of such injury.
I have read the Waiver of Liability thoroughly and understand the terms. My participation in the event and my execution of the Terms and Conditions are both purely voluntary and I elect to do so in spite of risks.

Every effort has been made to ensure accurate information in this brochure. However, occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, it becomes necessary to make changes to the schedule. ICISF reserves the right to cancel or make changes in course offerings, presenters and session times without prior notice to attendees.
