ICISF World Congress 18 is the premier event for those involved in crisis and disaster mental health - it's a unique time to pursue common goals in service to our communities.

Pre-Congress begins on Sunday, April 6 through Tuesday, April 8 with a variety of our core and elective courses, as well as some new content. You can attend 1, 2, or 3 days of Pre-Congress by selecting those workshops that are best suited for YOU!

Three+ days of Main Congress begins on Tuesday evening, April 8  with a riveting General Session followed by a Welcome Reception. Main Congress continues on Wednesday. Thursday, and Friday with 6 more General Sessions, each with multiple presentations AND a choice of 6 Breakout Sessions.

*Excluding ADA service animals, the only canines allowed at World Congress are working canines that accompany their handlers while performing official duties for their respective organizations. These working dogs are granted professional courtesy. It is essential that all working canines have the appropriate training and certification, as well as meet the required insurance standards.

Payment Information:
Fees are listed in USD, U.S. funds. Checks and/or money orders will only be accepted in U.S. Dollars from a U.S. Bank. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. ICISF’s Federal ID # is 52-1676953.
Registration Deadlines:
The pricing applied to your registration will be the rates in effect on the date that your registration AND payment or purchase order are received by ICISF. Payment or purchase orders received separate from completed registration on a date when a different (higher) registration rate is in effect will result in an increase in the total amount due for your registration. ICISF reserves the right to adjust your registration total in accordance with this policy. Online registrations will be accepted until March 14, 2025. On-site registrations are welcome based on availability and are subject to an increase in registration fees.
Registration Cancellation:
Registrants may cancel their registration in writing by email up to and including February 14, 2025 for a 75% refund of registration fees paid to the original form of payment of registration fees paid. Cancellations made in writing to [email protected] between February 15, 2025 and March 15, 2025 will receive a 75% ICISF credit valid for two years that can be used for any ICISF product or services. All cancellations must include registrant’s name. No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations received after March 15, 2025.
Registration Substitution:
All substitutions must be in writing to [email protected] from original registrant and include substitute's name and email address. Substitutions may be made up to and including February14, 2025 for an additional fee of $25.00. Substitutions between February 15, 2025 and March 15, 2025 may be made for an additional fee of $50.00. Substitutions after March 15, 2025 are subject to an additional fee of $100.00.
World Congress Communication:
By condition of registering, participants agree to be added to the World Congress email list and receive correspondence from ICISF related to their registration and/or information regarding the World Congress. Participants may opt out of these emails at any time.
ICISF's Right to Cancel:
Every effort has been made to ensure accurate information in this brochure. However, occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, it becomes necessary to make changes to the schedule. ICISF reserves the right to cancel or make changes in course offerings, presenters and session times without prior notice to attendees.
Photograph/Video Disclaimer Statement: International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc. (ICISF) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by the ICISF, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. The ICISF may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by the ICISF including but not limited to: brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, webinars, social media, live streaming, virtual World Congress, etc. Official Language: All presentations at the ICISF World Congress 18 will be presented in English.
Waiver of Liability: Participant understands that although the programs of ICISF are designed to provide a safe level of beneficial exercise and enjoyment, there is an inherent risk that participation in the Programs may result on injury. Therefore, Participant agrees to specifically assume all risk of injury for Participant while Participant is participating in the Programs and hereby waives any and all claims or actions that may arise against ICISF or its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers as a result of such injury. Actions taken or decisions made by ICISF, its staff members or volunteers regarding medical or survival procedures for Participant.
